According to clients' long-term equipment operation and maintenance needs, we can arrange experienced technicians with rich overseas practical experience for full-time on-site work to meet the equipment operation and production requirements of factories in different countries.

All our dispatched technicians have extensive overseas service experience and are familiar with international factory operation standards and equipment maintenance procedures. They are capable of independently completing daily equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis, equipment repair and regular inspections, with solid professional competence to meet various overseas project operation and maintenance requirements.

The following are the official cooperation terms for our long-term technician dispatch service:

1. Working Schedule & Salary Standard

Working hours: 8 working hours per day, 1 day of rest per week.

Salary standard: No fixed salary standard. The salary will be determined dynamically according to the dispatched country, service period, local working conditions and job requirements. The specific compensation plan will be confirmed in advance before dispatch.

Overtime rules: Weekend duty and additional overtime will be calculated and paid separately on an hourly basis, excluding the basic monthly salary.

2. Full Expense Coverage by Client

Expense description: All relevant expenses incurred during the technician's overseas service shall be fully borne by your company, including visa fees, round-trip international air tickets, local transportation fees, overseas work insurance, as well as accommodation, catering and basic medical expenses during the dispatch period.

3. Annual Home Leave Policy

1. Technicians are entitled to two home leave trips to China every year, with 15 days of leave per trip;

2. One of the two annual home leaves is fully paid;

3. All airfare, visa fees and related expenses for both home leave trips shall be borne by your company.

4. Service Arrangement

Service arrangement: After your company confirms the cooperation and compensation plan, we will immediately confirm the technician's on-the-job time, coordinate the completion of previous work handover, and arrange the technician to start on-site operation and maintenance services as soon as possible.
