Germany is currently in the throes of an escalation of the virus, with an increasing number of cases, and fatalities, being recorded each day. The North Rhine-Westphalia region, in which Dusseldorf is located, is the epicentre of the outbreak, with more cases and fatalities there than anywhere else in Germany.

Having been under enormous pressure from various quarters the Messe Centre management bowed to the inevitable and pulled the show. Drupa 2020, set for June, Postponed to next year: drupa 2020.New dates are April 20-30 next year for drupa.The postponments have been broadly welcomed by exhibitors.
