Paper Cup Forming Machine Daily Maintenance & Repair Manual

Chapter 1 General Principles of Daily Maintenance

To ensure the trouble-free continuous operation of the paper cup and paper bowl forming machine, operators must be fully proficient in equipment operating procedures and the complete forming process of paper cups and paper bowls.

The machine is assembled with multiple transmission mechanisms and precision components, each undertaking independent process functions during production. Operators shall carefully read the equipment instruction manual and fully master the structural features, transmission principles and overall performance of the machine.

 ⚠️ Important Notice

Daily maintenance mainly consists of cleaning up and regular lubrication. Strict implementation of daily maintenance can stabilize equipment operating conditions, reduce failure frequency, and significantly prolong the service life of the whole machine and wearing parts.

Chapter 2 Regular Maintenance Specifications

Standard periodic maintenance can effectively optimize equipment operating conditions, keep the machine in the optimal working state for a long time, and extend the service life of the equipment. Specific operation standards are as follows:

2.1 Daily Inspection and Lubrication

Complete overall machine inspection before and after daily operation. Inspect all articulated joints and reciprocating moving parts on the machine platform, and fill with lubricating grease in accordance with process requirements.

2.2 Inspection and Replacement of Cylindrical Pins & Circlips

Check the fastening condition of cylindrical pins at all transmission connection positions, and confirm that all circlips are properly installed without loosening or falling off.

⚠️ Prohibition of Improper Operation

If any circlip is found deformed, displaced or loss of elasticity, remove it immediately and replace with a new one of the same specification. Running with faults is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Inspection and Tightening of Fasteners

Inspect all standard fasteners such as bolts and nuts of the whole machine. Tighten immediately once any looseness is found.

 ⚠️ Safety Warning

Loose fasteners will cause overall machine resonance and component displacement, and may result in mechanism jamming, mechanical damage and other major failures in severe cases.

2.4 Emergency Handling of Operating Abnormality

During mass production, operators and maintenance personnel shall always pay attention to abnormal signs such as abnormal noise, vibration and position deviation.

 ⚠️ Operation Regulation

Once any abnormal condition occurs, stop the machine and cut off the power immediately. Conduct comprehensive inspection and maintenance only after the machine comes to a complete stop. It is forbidden to start production until the fault is completely eliminated.

2.5 Qualification Requirement for Maintenance Work

Equipment disassembly and inspection, overall overhaul and replacement of key components shall only be performed by professional qualified maintenance personnel. Non-professional personnel are forbidden to disassemble or adjust the mechanism privately, so as to avoid personal injury and damage to equipment precision.

2.6 Maintenance of Oil Pump Inlet Filter of Lubrication System

Clean paper dust and oil sludge impurities from the oil pump inlet filter regularly to prevent oil circuit blockage, insufficient oil supply and dry friction wear of components.

- Within the first two months of new machine operation: Clean once a week

- Normal stable production period: Clean once every two weeks Keep the lubrication circuit unobstructed and the oil supply pressure stable at all times.

2.7 Standard Lubricant Replacement Cycle

-First oil replacement for new machine: Mandatory replacement after 30 consecutive operating days - Regular subsequent replacement: Replace every 6~12 months according to oil cleanliness and equipment load condition.

Clean impurities at the bottom of the oil tank during oil replacement.

2.8 Maintenance of Optical Sensors

Optical detection sensors are easily affected by paper dust and moisture, and shall be wiped and cleaned regularly.

Maintenance Cycle: Clean once every 3~5 working days

Maintain detection sensitivity and positioning accuracy, and avoid faults such as missing detection, incorrect feeding and system alarm shutdown.

2.9 Maintenance of Air Blower Inlet Filter

The air blower inlet filter easily absorbs paper lint and dust, and must be cleaned once a week

Ensure sufficient air volume and stable air pressure to meet the technological requirements of air blowing and negative pressure adsorption during paper cup forming.

2.10 Maintenance of Manual Lubrication Points

For all independent manual lubrication points of the equipment, strictly follow the

Equipment Lubrication Maintenance Schedule to fill lubricant with specified brand and grade on time, and keep the lubrication points dust-proof and clean.
